CURVE/COROLLARY

These were the first 2 pieces that I wrote on this album, and are very personal pieces to me. I was going through a hard time in my career and was frustrated with the gatekeepers that control my industry. I wrote these 2 pieces as simple palette cleansers to renew my enjoyment of composition. These 2 pieces then inspired the idea of writing an album. Both pieces are a chorale like meditation on a simple idea. The subtle shifting of time signatures evokes the image to the left. See the live performance of the piece Corollary for string quartet in the video below.

Get the Album first

The first 3 tracks on the new album will be released on 3.20.2020, but the rest of the album will not be available until this summer on the streaming platforms and stores. These platforms favor singles over albums for playlist placement.

So I will be sharing the entire album for email subscribers in a 7 day album experience. (Don't worry, it's just about building a community, not about spamming you with emails!).
